Shipping Policy

At Divyastra.store, we are dedicated to ensuring that your purchases are delivered in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email with the order details. After your shipment has been dispatched, a follow-up email containing the shipping information will be sent. Please note that tracking details (AWB) may take some time to update, even if the package has already been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Guidelines

We collaborate with reputable courier services for all deliveries. If courier services are unavailable in your area, your order will be shipped via India Post using Book Post, Speed Post, or parcel services.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days for deliveries within India.

  • Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 7 working days for areas covered by established courier networks.

  • For remote locations served by India Post, delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on India Post’s policies and schedules.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

For custom-made products and special items like Incense Stick offerings, additional processing time is required:

  • Custom Products: These are crafted to order and require 7–10 days for preparation before shipping. Courier transit time is additional.

  • Incense Stick Products: As made-to-order items, these require 7–10 days for preparation before being shipped. Deliveries are managed by our in-house team and dispatched through our network of depots. Since third-party courier services are not utilized, tracking numbers are unavailable, but a shipping confirmation email will be provided.

Accurate Shipping Information

It is essential to provide complete and accurate shipping details when placing your order. Once a shipment is dispatched or out for delivery, changes to the shipping address cannot be accommodated.

In cases of incorrect shipping information:

  • The package will be returned to us by the courier or delivery partner.

  • Following our review, you may receive store credit or a coupon code as compensation.

While we regret any inconvenience caused, Divyastra.store cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or issues arising from incorrect shipping details provided at the time of order placement.
