SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.500. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery at an additional charge. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.

We partner with third-party logistic service providers to effectuate product delivery to end-users. Details of the logistic partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the customer through email and SMS along with the tracking number.

The customer will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third-party logistic partner.

We shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third-party logistic partners. We may, in our sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on our own without engaging logistic partners.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete, and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. We shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete, and/or accurate information.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2 days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances.

Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days across India. We will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts to reach the customer. If the customer remains unavailable after 3 attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion with no refunds.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Rs 50 flat rate shipping throughout India. Orders above Rs. 500 qualify for free shipping.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
