RETURNS Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality agarbatti products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a strict no return or exchange policy, except for damaged products.

If the product you received is damaged, please contact our customer service team at feedback@divyastra.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle each case on an individual basis, and we ask that you do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Please provide your receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.

All purchases are eligible for free return, within three days of delivery, in extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage/broken/missing items). In such cases, a refund or exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy.
