Returns and Replacements Policy
(1) Returns/Replacement:
(A) You may request a return or replacement for products purchased on Divyastra.store within seven business days of receiving your order if the product is defective.
In addition to the above, certain products are not eligible for return or replacement in the following cases:
Products exhibiting physical damage to the packaging or the item itself.
Products returned without all original packaging, accessories, retail boxes, manuals, cables, or other items included at the time of delivery.
Products without a valid, legible, and unaltered serial number. This includes items with missing, damaged, or unreadable serial numbers.
Products with the EAN (International Article Number) removed from their original packaging.
Products specifically customized or made-to-order for the customer.
(B) If you wish to return products for reasons other than defects, you must return them to the address provided on the delivery receipt at your own cost.
(C) Replacements are available only for products purchased through the Divyastra.store website and require submission of necessary supporting documents.
(2) Return/Replacement Disclaimer:
All decisions regarding returns or replacements of products sold by Divyastra.store rest solely with NRRS. Such decisions are final and binding. NRRS reserves the right to revoke or amend the replacement guarantee at any time without prior notice.
(3) Product Disclaimer:
Due to ongoing efforts to improve product quality, the actual product may occasionally differ in appearance or specifications from what is shown or described. We are not liable for any omissions, typographical errors, or inaccuracies in descriptions or pricing.
(4) Order Cancellations by Divyastra.store:
All products, services, and information displayed on our website are considered an “invitation to offer.” We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: inability to fulfill the order, orders not meeting our policy criteria, or other reasons. If an order is canceled, we will notify you promptly and ensure that any applicable refunds are processed in a timely manner.
(5) Refund Policy:
For delivered orders, we offer refunds in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect product delivery upon submission of supporting documentation. Refunds will cover the product value only. Charges such as shipping fees, packaging fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and bank charges are non-refundable. All decisions regarding refunds made by NRRS are final and binding.
(6) Order Cancellations by the Customer:
If we receive a cancellation request before your order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. However, orders that have already been dispatched are subject to our return policy. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Customers agree to accept our decision on cancellations as final and binding.
